Grand Portal Point - Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore
Grand Portal Point - notice how rocks have caved in. Every year, rocks fall along the limstone formations of
Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Sometimes just small sections and other times enormous rocks like this
section that colapsed in part in 1900 with the balance in 1999.

Peregrin Falcon
Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus) in a tree at top of Grand Portal Point. The peregrine falcon is
the fastest animal on earth and can reach 200 mph when diving for prey.
