Many of the roads I drove this weekend were new, to me. Sunday morning I started straight south passing through Hastings on my way back to Kansas. My first stop was to take additional photos of the Geographic Center of the United States. I also took "stock" photo of some of the small towns I passed through.

Lunch was fairly late, in Junction City. Both of the Korean Restaurants I already knew were closed because it was Sunday, so I tried Seoul Oriental Supermarket & Restaurant. I has squid in spicy hot sauce, which came with rice and several small bowls with kimchees, bean sprouts and other unidentified items.

I explored Junction City looking for other Korean restaurants, but found no more. I may send an email to the chamber of commerce asking about others.
The final stop of the day was in Lawrence, where I visited Zen Zero - an Asian Fusion Restaurant. I ate just two appetizers: the daily special (curry puffs filled with beef & potato and filled with cucumber sauce), and Hoisin BBQ pork ribs. They also had complimentary shrimp toast that was very good.
