We liked the display in the window of Alvin'S Cioccolateria Brera as we were looking for a place for lunch Sunday continued It was now time for a late lunch and we took the metro, then walked into the Brera neighborhood which had been recommended by our guide. Unfortunately it was hard to find our way from the direction of the Metro stop I chose and we ended up doing a lot of extra walking (sorry, darling). We finally walked up Via Brera and found a neighborhood with a number of interesting restaurants and bars. We selected Art Café with seating along pedestrian only stretch of the street. Linda had smoked salmon and pizza, while I went with a cheese plate and veal scaloppini.
